Upload a single document
Bulk upload pairs a folder of files with a metadata spreadsheet, so a whole issue can be published in one pass instead of one document at a time.
You need one of these roles:UploaderAdministratorEveryone else on the project can see the result but cannot change it.
Step 1 - Go To Document Upload Page
- 1Logn to SasCon with your credentials
- 2From left side bar go to Documents page
- 3Click on the Upload Document button
- 4You will now be in the document upload page
| Field | Required | What to enter |

| Document Discipline | Yes | The document discipline of the document you are about to upload (e.g. Civil, Electical etc.) |
| Document Type | Yes | Type of the document(e.g. Bid document, Calculation, Certificate) |
| TItle | Yes | TItle / Subject of the document |
Adding additional option
In metadata like Document Discipline or Document Type if your desired option isn't available, ask your organization Admin to add new Document types or disciplines.
Step 2 - Upload the document
- 1Fill out the meta data as necessary
- 2Click on Upload Document button from bottom right
- 3Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%
- 4If file upload is successful you should be redirected to Document Details page
